I graduated from Kikkawa College in 2007,  after studying Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo.I am quite comfortable working with several types of people, to deliver the best treatment to suits their needs, (whether it is a need for relaxation, or addressing chronic pain).

I do tend however to consider myself more of a Deep Tissue Massage Therapist/Sports Massage Therapist, specializing in restorative and preventative Bodywork, ideal for athletes and busy (or not so busy) bodies or all types and lifestyles.

I have been an RMT for over 5 years, but I am still always learning new techniques and approaches to healing and incorporating them into my treatments. The "inner University geek" in me finds the human body rather fascinating, and each new approach is of sorts a key, which unlocks another secret into understand its intricate design and functioning. I'll be the first to admit that while this answers a few questions, it also tends to create some, which in turn motivates me to keep learning even more!
